If you could own a pet that was unusual meaning it wasn't a standard dog or cat, what would you own?

perhaps it may be a monkey,

a Lion providing it was tamed and guarantied not to lash out.

also a Cheater, basically all the big cats.

and oh electric eels may be cool.

talking birds also.

and maybe some sea horses.

Then again, had a friend with a spider Monkey, it flung it crap too much for my taste!

I would think a Tarantella, since my favorite Japanese illustrator, had them, it inspired him to create those Spider Tanks, that people who watch GiTS, know about. If you don't understand my allegories, one Masamune Shirow, someone who does have a wide expanses of Technical Knowledge, did "he?" study in that field of study?

Adding: He might be a guy, then again he's pretty much a recluse.

Let again with adding: See that some people said or posted your big cats and popular animals. I say this, many of those popular animals are not treated like the should be treated their Abused! Also a Wild animal is just that. A tiger is a tiger. A bear is a bear. Like that Moron! !!! on the Discovery channel that got too close and paid with he's life for it; Tasty they thought he was, I hope one for Darwin :P!

I would like to own a monkey but I have 2 Jack Russells dogs. I raised my 4 kids and I have 9 grandchildren so you see all of them in one house over the holidays could really become a circus. Sorry about the pun. Maybe the dogs could get along with a monkey I'm still checking into it :)

for the fella that wanted an oscar, they are badass, but they tear up and destroy your aquariums. Trust me!! I have had fish of several varieties. I have had green anoles, and an iguana. I have owned a dog and 2 cats. i have had gerbils and guinea pigs. I have even had a snapping turtle. My daughters would say a horse, most definitlely. I have actually been lookin into getting a corn snake. They have gorgeous colors and they dont get too big like a python. I have even had a rabbit thrown into the mix.

Probably one of those big parrots that are really smart and talk. I need someone to talk to sometimes! The only problem is, he would repeat all of the things I say to random people, and I'd probably wind up getting into some kind of trouble over it eventually.

I can't imagine ever having cats but since you asked me to I think I would like to have some ferrets or a bunny rabbit.

We had a pet raccoon...until it grew up and ran away. It used to hop around the yard like the rabbit.
