I want some piano music?
Amy Lee (of Evanescence) plays great piano music. It's a variety and very deep to me.
I was wondering if any of you knew some great piano music... JUST PIANO, no other instruments... I want it to be really deep, kind of dark, and up beat at some times. Just name your faves.

I've heard on youtube someone played a few My Chemical Romance songs on piano. It's really great.
Or you can try The Phantom Of The Opera. I tried it on my piano and it also sounds nice. Right now it's one of the few songs I kept playing repeatedly on my piano.

Have you ever heard of Christopher O'Riley? He does classical piano covers of artists such as Radiohead, Nick Drake, and Elliott Smith. He has a book of his Radiohead covers for sale - I ordered it, and it's deep, dark, and upbeat, depending on the song. It's very difficult to play though.

I'm not familiar with "Amy Lee".
I think you might enjoy two of Beethoven's piano sonatas:
(1) "Appasionata".
(2) "Pathetique".

Try "After the Bombs" by the Decemberists. It's pretty simple and mellow, but a great song.
