Submersible heater for veggie oil?

My mum found a heater at the dollar store, simple coil heater that was only to be on when submerged. I left it on out of fluid and burned it out. They are no longer there.

Any idea where we could get another or what else could be used for this purpose?

It gets quite hot. We need the oil to get at least 70-75 degrees.

Thoughts?

Update:

as for temperature, it is for filtering in winter. It is fine in summer.

Update 2:

and I said, at LEAST

Look for some identifying nomenclature as to whom is the manufacturer, then look then up on the web and go fro there. Additionally, you said the temperature needs to be 70-75 degrees, that's practically room temperature, are you certain the required temperature is that low?

Look, your mom found it at the "dollar store". I don't lend much credience to that line one products. You will need to change the complete device or the heating element. Given the heating element's reliability I'd go with a mid range one.
