It's from the Greek folklore sung by Ginis Pandelis. It doesn(t have a specific meaning, Its' just an onomatopeia that's supposed to imitate the sound made by the sea when hitting pebbles.

all i can find is that it is the name of a grrk song... but has no meaning in any language, its just two words like "sweet pea," - no meaning

nothing at all, its just an expresive. its from a song, its between the lyrics, they just say it, it has no sense. The singer's name is "Xylouris" if you want to find something more.
