    I think you mean: laparoscopia. It's when the operate through little hole with a tiny camara.

    Yes there is a specific term for this:

    Laparoscópica = Laparoscopy

    or

    La Cirugía Laparoscópica = Laparoscopic Surgery

    I work in the medical field and understand what you are asking.

    It is also known as an Endoscope (which the tiny camera is inserted through a tiny incision).

    Endoscopy (internal examination using a fibre optic tube)

    = Endoscopia (inspección de una cavidad del cuerpo por medio del endoscopio).

    **Edit:

    I forgot to add a reference for you if you needed.

    You don't. You would respond with jejeje which is equivalent to lol in Spanish. Lol is an English slang term therefore it does not exist.

    I dont' think we have an exact equivalent in Spanish. keyhole surgery is an English idiom, it refers to minimally invasive surgery, then you can say "cirujía mínimamente invasiva".

    Edited:

    I just found these: cirugía cerrada, and cirugía no invasiva
