I just turned on my computer and suddenly a message for Found New Hardware appeared. It said PCI to PCI bridge. Then the message changed to PCI standard to a PCI bridge.

This is not a new computer, and I didn't installed anything new in it in the last year. I know that kind of messages appear always I connect a new device, like a webcam, a printer, or even when I connect my digital cam to download pictures, but never heard about PCI and why this message at this time??

I just bored of get this message every time I sign in Windows Live Messenger or Yahoo Messenger. My firewall (kaspersky 7.0) is set in training mode, and it opens a banner with the title Outbound UDP Packet, then give me the choice to Block, to Allow or to turn off the training mode.

Also, Outbound TCP connection when I try to connect to Yahoo Messenger.

Why I have to do? allow it? block it? There is any risk involved?

I was in the JFK airport and just noticed a banner with this:

New York welcomes HER sister cities...(a list of other cities followed).

Is New York a SHE? or that HER is used only because of that phrase "sister cities"?

My mother language is Spanish, and I just improving my English skills. In Spanish I dont find any problem, because "ciudad" is a femenine word, but English words are different. I thought city was neutral (it have no sex).

If city is feminine, are there other similar words?

I want to switch to cable phone (indeed, that Triple play service offered by companies as Optimum or Time Warner). When power fails, you dont´expect to have Cable TV or internet, but phone service is different. You really need it all the time. Some people told me outages affect cable phone service. I´m very concerned because some neighborhoods in my city have had blackouts recently.

Alguno de ustedes ha tenido alguna informacion sobre un virus o ha experimentado problemas con la red Sonico? Hace poco (en dias diferentes) recibi dos correos enviados por contactos conocidos mios, con postales de Sonico, pero al tratar de abrirlos, mi antivirus bloqueo la pagina señalando la presencia de un troyano. Lo mismo ahora que he tratado de entrar al grupo de amigos de Sonico.

J'ai recherché la discographie de Piaf et n'ai trouvé rien. Quelques amis m'on dit que oui. En plus, ils mon fait ecouter une version de "Ne me quitte pas" qu'ils dissent, est par Edit Piaf. Mais, autres personnes m'on dit que cette-la est Mayza Matarazzo (une chanteuse bresilienne) et non Piaf. Si Piaf a chanté cette chanson, quelle est le nom de l'album?
