    My mom always asks me:

Where are you going? Why? For how long? Who else is going?

These questions should not be a problem to answer if you have nothing to hide. It is only when you are trying to LIE that you get annoyed by having to MAKE UP A STORY when she asks you this before you leave the house.

I am 28 & own my own home, but I still answer these questions when I talk to my mom on the phone. After all, if I ever go missing, she will know exactly where I should have been at the time & with whom.

I'm not trying to be mean, but by the way you form a sentence, it sounds like you are either immature or not the brightest kid around. Maybe you should work on your grammar first. Your mom might even think you're getting more intelligent and start allowing for you to make your own decisions without her approval.

Guy, you are going to get a lot whoa and what did you say type of answers, but none of the will help you with your problem. It is good that your parents take a very active role in your life. It should show you how much they love you. With this said, you are growing into an adult and should have freedoms and responsibilities. Yes, one comes with the other. You need to discuss with your parents your age, responsibilities, and your liberties. But, yes there is a but, you have to continue to show them you have good judgment. You have to keep your grades up, keep with good friends, and keep out of trouble. God bless.

i dont think its wrong at all for you to have to ask your mom if you can go somewhere. if my child was your age they would be doing the same thing. its only right that your parents know where you are going to be go..especially with all the bad things going on in the world today. you are not an adult yet and therefore you shouldnt have the right to go and come as you please...

If he is living under his mom's roof it is not wrong. Some kids have a lot of communication with their parents.

That might be a little strict but you do live with your mom. I suggest you move out as soon as you can if you don't like the rules of the household.

No one should ask his mom out, regardless of his age

Not wrong at all. Maybe if they do it's just so they can feel safe and theres nothing wrong with that.

you should feel very lucky, you have a mom that cares very much about you, or else she wouldn't even ask...be thankful she loves you enough to ask. not everyone has that!!!!!

    it's not wrong....

your mom just still thinks of your as her little child....

she wants to hang on to you....

she knows how old you are....but ignores it....

    it's because she loves you!
