I had that years ago Gartom. For 35mins all I could hear was the local radio station playing and this voice said he was on his way round. My fella was on holiday with his Dad and I was petrified. It was in about 1987, I didn't have a mobile and I couldn't hang them up !! Still don't know who it was !!

Don't know the number M but I do know there is a scam going on whereby you get a phone call which goes on an on and then you find YOU have to pay the bill. I am sorry if I am scaring you but just thought you should be aware. It hasn't happened to me thank goodness. As someone else said try making a high pitch noise down the phone that will get rid of them!

I've tryed to ring them, the number is disconnected, so I guess they only make outgoing calls from it.

I suggest ringing you phone provider and having the number blocked.

If they ring again tell them that 'you are dead' and you are a grieving relative and you don't appriciate insensertive calls like this right now,

failling that blast an airhorn down the phone every time they ring you, they'll get message or they'll go deaf.

If none of the above work, change your number and report them to the police.
