Do I have to take the GRE?

Ok, I graduated college 3 years ago and now work in Iowa. I had all the correct classes to do this. Now I want to try and work in Missouri. Unfortunately one of the classes I took counts for working in Iowa, but not Missouri. Is it possbile to just take another class without taking this test. I assume since I already graduated, it would be like I am going back for a Masters. When filling out the application, I didn't know what to check

Undergraduate-Returning/Former

Graduate-Returning/Former

I chose Graduate-Returning/Former. Someone with better knowledge needs to inform me of everything.

Update:

So I may have chosen the wrong one, as I am not wanting to go to graduate school. I may have misinterpreted them wrong. I assumed Undergraduate-Returning/ Former meant you never graduated.

Update 2:

I just want to take a class and get the hours, nothing else.

You do not need to take the GRE as an undergraduate, even if you are returning after taking a break. If you are applying to a graduate school, you will most likely have to take it. I think it depends on your major whether you need to take it or not. I would call the school you are applying to and see if you need to take the test. If you do, get the books and start practicing now. Your score will definitely go up as you practice and become more familiar with this test. Good luck!

Since you only need the one class, you could try registering as a non-degree seeking student. You could not be admitted to the program without the GRE, but they might let you "try" one class.
