I am a big fan of the HorrorPops.
I like Enter Shikari, they are from the UK but, are they from London? I don't know.
EDIT: Good Enter Shikari will work! I forgot my song about California too, I am so lame. I will say, pick up a RHCP Cd, any song on that will work for the California song. =)

My favourite band from California is Guns N' Roses. They all originate from elsewhere but they formed in California.
