You will have to click on forward first----then highlight the previous addresses (etc) and press the delete key on your keyboard and they're gone in a flash. Then send it----the outgoing mail shows the changes.

?? With Yahoo -----sometimes, you will see nothing in the forward window,---in which case---you need to click the down arrow next to the forward tab, and choose "as inline text". That will put everything into that window, where you can edit as you wish.

I wish more people would ask this b4 forwarding e-mail - I get so many forwarded e-mails with hundreds of e-mail addresses still in them.... forward, then delete all information concerning previous sendings, or select, copy and paste what you want to forward into a new e-mail
