First of all does she know you like her? If she does then just ask her out! But don't do it so it will freak her out or anything just say it casually like "do you wanna go to the movies?" or "Do you wanna go hang out at starbucks?" Or even "You wanna play basketball after school?" You know stuff like that...and if she DOESN'T know then just start acting as if your "more that friends" like flirt with her more or give her more hugs that usual casually play with her hair...you know stuff like that......then it will soon build up to a relationship ya know?
