I find this real wired i eat breakfast, lunch and dinner OK.?

i really find this disturbing i eat okay like breakfast and lunch and dinner. I had gastric bypass in 1999 i lost 109 pounds i get done eating dinner and hour later i'm starving all over again i don't want to keep on eating to gain that weight back again. is this real normal for me to be like this. that is my biggest fear of all time tho.

    due to the gastric bypass your food has a rapid transit time and you are not satiated.
