Yahoo answers: will the person you reported know you reported him?

I've never been reported so i don't know. I've heard there's someone who kept on reporting and repoting answers

No. The abuse report feature is anonymous, so the Y!A Team will never reveal you to the person whom you've reported. Also, this will keep you from being retaliated from other users for reporting their wrongful postings on this site.

Now as for the person who's reporting answers constantly, there's a very strong chance he's doing this to the ones that don't violate the rules here. It won't be long before their influence on fighting abuse diminishes, maybe even get their Y!A account suspended for misusing that feature. I hope I've answered your question.

No, all reports are confidential and the person getting the report just knows what was the Q? or answer removed and the reason, but not who filed that report, this is to avoid targeting (contant report of same person) to the person filing the report

No, yahoo is one sided on the abuse issue. They really have no reason to care until they make a serious violation of soemone's civil rightsm, and then gets sued, by someone like me.!
