History Channel.
Discovery Channel.
National Geographic.
Cartoon Network. (Yes I still watch cartoons).
USA Network. (For Law & Order only).
Spike TV. (For CSI Only).
AMC. (Only when there are old horror movies on).
Sci-Fi. (Only when there are sci-fi horror flicks).
That's about all, when I have time anyway, I'm usually too busy at work or working around the house.

I use SKY Channels. There are like 80 of them. Fox has the best shows via Sky...at least to where I live. I never watch Italian channels.. !

It depends on your age.
For younger children, Playhouse DIsney, Nick Jr., and Noggin.
For elementary aged children, DIsney Channel, Nick.
For teens, MTV, TeenNick.
For adults, there are several channels. Here are just a few, TBS, TNT, ABC.
A few of my favorites are Disney Channel, Nick, Cartoon Network, TBS, TeenNick.
