Tell him you're just to bit**y to perform "your wifely duties" or to do their laundry. Besides, the 30 year old and the 19 year old should have been booted out years ago. The whole purpose of adulthood officially starting at 18 is because that all the longer a reasonable human can put up with them.

I agree with 1. Go on strike! Stop doing everything for them. Leave for awhile and recharge yourself. Indulge yourself. Once they realize just what it is that you do- which is everything- they are sure to be humbled, and grateful for all that you do.
