I went to the dentist he said i have a cavity but i don't feel anything should i get filled?

    you cant feel any pain from a cavity if it is just starting to develop.

    Get it filled! I dont think ur dentist would lie to you.

    Yes, that is the point in going to the dentist. They try to detect and fill cavities before they get close to the nerve and require large fillings or root canals or extractions. Most cavities will not be felt until large.

    Normally you cant feel a cavity. Its the dentist job to look for these things. I wouldnt even think about it. Just go and get it fixed.
