yeah, she could have been his mom, but maybe he was not very mature and was attracted to her for the wrong reasons. now he's with you, and that is what should matter. love doesn't know bounds...i would check out his relationship with his mom now and make sure there are no unresolved issues that would get between the two of you. like he doesn't expect you to take care of him or baby him or whatnot.

Age most of the time should never be an issue, but wow that is a big gap. But in all reality, he isn't with her now, it happened in the past.. We all do things we regret later or other people see as wrong... it's human nature. It might just make me think he doesn't judge girls like most men would. He had to have seen something in her? As long as he didn't just date this older woman for money, I see NO problem in it. You should do the same.

It would bother me finding out he slept with anyone no matter how old or young they were.  I don't like thinking about him with anyone.  We all have past and that's just what it is the past.  Live in today and be thankful your together.  p.s.
