tin nsdl /PAN card not recieved?

HI

I applied for the reprint of PAN card last year in Nov. I made the online payment but when I check through SMS it says it have been delivered on 24 of nov 2007 but when I called to customer care executive they told it has been delivered on 25 of Jan.

They are not making me clear about it.

Please help me

    They cheats us I also applied online during the month of October till now i have not received it.

    Check the below site so many people face the same problem.
