its just a rumour. besides he is worth more than that. if he is in form barcelona are unbeatable so if chelsea sign them they are very lucky, considering that they buy him for 12 million.

He can play well but there is to much controversy at Barcelona he is no doubt one of the most skilled and accomplished players to ever play football but his future and at what club it will be is uncertain. But a Chelsea move looks unlikely.
