    NL

    1. Mets- deepest lineup and they have the best pitcher in the NL

    2. Phillies- 2nd best lineup and they have a good young rotation

    3. Cubs- If they stay healthy they have a good lineup and solid frontline pitching

    AL

    1. Red Sox- Best rotation and best bullpen in the game

    2. Indians- Well balanced team all around

    3. Seattle- Big 1-2 punch in rotation and the great closer offense will score runs

    - I would not put the Tigers because questions in the bullpen with the injuries to Zumya and Rodney and Angels injuries as well with Lackey missing the first 2-3 weeks of the seasons and Escobar possibly missing the whole season now-

Since you didn't say there had to be one team for each division, I chose the three teams out of all three divisions who I think are the best.
