sleep talking... causes and treatments?
i'm in a long term live in relationship and recently my boyfriend is complaining that i say other names in my sleep (usually ex boyfriends) i have no interest in these other men and have never cheated on my boyfriend. it's very disturbing for him that i keep sleep-talking. how can i deal with this and make it stop?

Been talking in my sleep for my whole life. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Never found a way to stop it. Just accept yourself the way you are! kjl

So sad for him that he is disturbed!!!! He's getting "it" free cause you're giving it to him!! Well, ya all shouldn't be sleeping together plain and simple! If he doesn't want to marry you dump him. Maybe you're sleep talkin because you're stressed over living with someone who you aren't married to. Start your life fresh!
