Alot of courts have web pages for warrant searches. First try a google search "city and or county+warrant" Example- a search for "san diego warrants" will return http://www.sdsheriff.net/waar/waar.aspx. Which is san diego's warrant search page. If google doesnt have a listing for the suspected city/state, call the police and ask them. Warrants are public info and they will be more than happy to help you.

go to google BACKGROUND checks...they have a program listing of places that will find all types of records from any state on all criminal records etc....it may cost a few bucks but you will find out if he has a criminal warrant out and his history

you cannot take any harsh decission just on suspicion. u donot have any proof. But if he causes disturbance in the family , u have every right to talk to him straight to behave. u should take your husband / elders in the family into confidence and go ahead.
