Can cola (phosphoric acid) neutralize aspirin or effect its use?
when taken for blood thinning!

Short answer: No.
Long answer:
The active ingredient in Aspirin is Acetylsalicylic acid (HC9H7O4). An acid cannot neutralize an acid.
It would take a base to neutralize this acid. A good example would be Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate (NaHCO3)
