April Fools Day help in bakery?

I'm looking for a prank to play on a coworker. There are three of us who normally work in the pastry department of a bakery together and we are always playing stupid jokes on eachother, so the other girl and I are looking for a good joke to play on our middle-aged male coworker. Any ideas would be helpful, nothing too destructive. Thanks in advance!

Update:

there aren't any lockers there. plus we already put buttercream in the handles of all of his drawers one time. hilarious.

    Get a long cucumber and write on it somehow (maybe on a piece of tape ) "Help, I'm in a pickle"
