How do I know if I've been a victim of phishing? How do I correct it?

    You will know if you have been phished if stuff starts appearing on your profile or email that you didnt do. If spam is CONSTANTLY sent to you then you may have been phished. The way to correct it is just to change your password. And a tip, don't use the same password for your myspace or facebook or anything and your email. That makes it easy for hackers to gain more personal information.

    Basically phishing is a type of internet scam were a person wants to steal your personal info by tricking you into thinking that it's something else. Don't fall for this non sense and download mcafee site adviser, it tells you which sites are known for phishing or viruses etc..It's basically telling you which sites are safe. You can't correct it, they got the info you can't get it back
