What are the chances of employment in Bahrain?

there is a gr8 chance to ur major be demanded here ,although in certain companies the priority might be for those with Bahraini nationality ,but others care to the experience b4 anything else

All the above answers are great, but for employment, what I always do is look into the websites of the companies themselves and apply, it is much easier. Just go to the website of the company you are interested in and look for the careers page and apply. Many companies do not post their positions in newspapers or even agencies. I am in HR also, and this is how I moved around the last couple of years.

Hi once in a while we get HR Manager openings through the classified section of Gulf Daily News. I am pretty sure you can get employment here in Bahrain although most of the advertised openings require fluency in written and spoken Arabic. In my point of view, Bahrain uses more Arabic than English in its daily transactions.

Try www.bayt.com, there is a lot of vacancies posted there. I am in HR as well.
