I am a student in Pakistan and have B grade in english O level, would I be exempted from IELTS or not? I even have general in my A levels. Please help me.

I can't help you completely right now but I will find out how and get back to you ASAP. Your English looks fine, though, compare it to the grammar you see on YA. One name I did run across was Scottsenglish.com. They offer courses for IELTS. I'll relay info soon as I can.
