we are getting our friend a suprise sweet 16 but she is getting her own big party later on .... we want it to be not so big like 40 people so what shoudl we do?

Hey!
You could probably like go get dinner at a restaurant and see a movie. You could also just have it at someone's house and have like a "dance party". I know... it sounds cheezy, but instead of like hiring a DJ, just play your own music!

well you should rent out a place like a reserve and then get night sticks and then get a un discoverd person from a mall 2 peform at yo party or somebody at yo job or school just 2 be on the safe side then get a cake and sing happy b-day 2 her SUPRISE!!!
