My daughter's adult teeth are coming in behind her baby teeth. What to do?

My daughter is 5 1/2. Almost a year ago her front two bottom adult teeth came up behind her baby teeth. After 6 months, when the baby teeth hadn't loosened much the dentist finally pulled the baby teeth. I asked if this would happen with her other teeth and he said "No.". Well now the bottom two teeth on the other sides are coming up behind the baby teeth. I'm concerned, also, because she has a small mouth and there seems like there's going to be a lot of crowding. The adult teeth are just now erupting. Do I make an appointment or wait awhile??? Thanks for any advice.

This has happend to me a cupple of times before. Just wait a while the baby teeth will fall out and the adult tooth will move into the place of the baby tooth was in. If she gets a more then i would take her to tha dentist and take there advice.

This happened to me quite a few times when I was young. Eventually the adult teeth will loosen the baby teeth and they will fall out. This happened to me around age 12 though, so I'd definitely consult your dentist as to why this is happening at such a young age.

Usually, the new tooth will push the baby tooth and roots loose. Sometimes the roots of the baby tooth are just too

long for this to happen. In this case, consult with your dentist, and if necessary get a second opinion if for no other reason to put your mind at rest on getting the proper attention/care for the child.

Make an appointment, if they do grow in, and cause a problem, you may find yourself paying thousands of $ in orthodontic fixtures.

Make an appointment very soon, your dentist's office should be open tomorrow, call then.

    hope this helps.

Let them keep growing. That happened to me a couple of times. Don't worry the baby tooth will just fall out. :)

    Hope that helped!
