How far did you run today??

i ran 10k... i am on a specific marathon training schedule. it will increase over the coming weeks.

i ran an easy 7 miles at 6:30 per mile pace about, i am recovering from illness and this was my first long run so i wanted to make sure i would survive otherwise i would have done my usual 10

about 0 miles or somewhere in there.

i didnt run any but i biked like 5. :)

i ran 5.2 with my track team =]
