persistant spammer won't go away?

aliciawarne@gmail.com has been spamming every list I'm on. (it's creepy, like they have access to the list of all the groups I'm on!) Even though banned from one, this "person" has still been able to send an email in to at least one group where I am the owner and only moderator.

Update:

Spam is the used toilet paper of the internet, especially when it leads to kiddy porn
