wisdom teeth question?
hi. i am 15 years old and i already have my wisdom teeth. I never have any pain, and they dont seem to be a problem. I've heard of a lot of people getting their wisdom teeth pulled, and I was just wondering if everyone gets them pulled? If so, why?

Wisdom teeth are the upper and lower third molars, located at the very back of the mouth. Often a person's jaw is not big enough to accommodate the new molars when they begin to emerge. The tooth may fail to break all the way through the gum and instead become stuck in the jaw (impacted). An impacted wisdom tooth has the potential to crowd other teeth or create painful, inflamed, and often infected, flaps in the gum. Wisdom teeth that have emerged may develop decay and gum disease, because they can be difficult to clean. Most problems with wisdom teeth develop when people are between 15 and 25 years old. Most dentists recommend having your wisdom teeth evaluated and for me I was 16 when i dislocated my jaw playing basketball. My wisdom teeth never had bothered me but the doctor I saw noticed them and recommended that I have them removed. Not everyone has the procedure but it is relatively easy and does'nt hurt that badly.

Sorry :( The teeth fairy won't come decide on it up when you consider that it is too giant and heavy. The teeth fairy can most effective take small tooth when you consider that she could be very small and does not move to the health club.

Wisdom teeth are located in the back of the mouth and usually don’t peer through the gum until adolescence, Usually by this time the majority of adult teeth have stabilized and formed their position, thus there is little room for further teeth to emerge. In case of impacted wisdom teeth, an incision will be made around the problem area for removal. Once the gum ‘flap’ is opened, small portions of bone may need to be removed before the tooth is divided into small portions for extraction.
On removal, stiches are used to suture the gum and will dissolve eventually or need to be removed. Depending on the severity of the procedure, a local or general anaesthetic will be offered.
I will give you suggestion that you further visit this link and you can get appointment famous doctor for their treatment.

Usually it's, because they grow in wrong. They're impacted. The mouth is too small for them sometimes.
