i read that question, too, but it was deleted before i could respond.

because some idiots were quick to report him, this guy might down some kind of poison, cut himself, or worse!

it makes me so mad... he was reaching out for help & instead of allowing us to respond with reassuring ways to help him, his question was deleted. i'm sure that will just fuel his desire to end his life. God forbid!!!!

I agree with you to an extent but it's hard to know what is true and what's not over the internet. Some people are probably just trying to get sympathy and attention. Some people are probably flat out lying that they have an issue. And some people may actually be considering killing themselves. I had a friend in high school that 'tried to kill herself' all the time. Turned out she was just telling people that to get attention and sympathy. I don't know I feel like there's no good way to help people on here, maybe just say to them go talk to someone in real life that you trust! That's about all we can do.

Suicide questions by anyone should be taken seriously. But I don't think Yahoo has any way of contacting anyone when a troubled person asks that type of question, the internet is a big place. All anyone can do is give that person the resources to seek help.

yes. Putting your life in strangers hands (by getting advice from yahoo answers) is very dangerous. People like to fool around here and although sometimes it might be funny it is absolutely not when dealing with an emotionally unstable person. They should be directed to a site which can better help them

ought to you imagine being a young person, and having more beneficial than 1/2 the human beings in you're college immediately dislike you, without ever talking to you. are you able to imagine being picked on day by day, and getting overwhelmed up, chased and instructed to bypass commit suicide. What about having to act like a thoroughly different man or woman round you're relations. What in case you the position in love with someone, and also you should no longer walk outdoors, and carry that man or woman's hand, kiss them, or hug them, without somebody else providing you with a unclean look, or yelling rude comments. How about no longer being waiting to get married to someone you're in love with. each man or woman is blinded by technique of their lack of information, as a results of lack of know-how on the placement. FYI gay children are not any more the purely ones who commit suicide. and them committing suicide isn't cowardly, its tragic. Tragic that youthful and chance free human beings, sense like they ought to take their personal lives. and they couldn't wrestle again, because 1000's of persons in united states, hate gays for no reason. There unlike the different youthful little ones who get picked on in college, they haven't any way of fixing who they are. And being a young person, and understanding it quite is scary as hell.
