How Can I integrate Protein into my diet without having to eat meat?

    Well you won't have to eat the meat , but putting it your mouth sure would help to get the " protein " out !

    Protein powder, bars, tofu, some veggies have a decent amount...brocolli for example

    well there is a natural bodily fluid that does the trick, but it has to be donated, so I would say beans and rice are the perfect protein

    you can eat beans. they are very high in protein. and you can eat seafood. that is too. i eat veggie burgers and drink lots of milk.

    fact semen has more nutrients per serve than a new york steak and ten oranges it is higher i vitamin e than aloe Vera
