Do you put chastity belts on your fish to help control the pet population?

My goldfish (Special Agent Dale Cooper) opted for a vasectomy, says condoms ruin the mood and there's no way I can keep him in a fairgrounds-tied bag all night - he'd still get out for a trip downtown. You know, fish will be fish.

We have our fish in a pond. The bear, raccoons, and large birds seem to keep them under control. Seems like the fish population in the pond stays around 200 fish.
