There are various "travelling"vets that are low cost and may be willing to provide free service. I've seen their flyers at the APL on Wiley and at the city and county kennels. Give them a call and see what they have to offer.

not sure of any freebies but i know that a snip in time on w.65th and lorain ave. do lowcost spay and neutering among a few other lowcost procedures might want to give them a call at

took my own cat there to get fixed kind of strange place and vet and house (office) smells like cats cuz cats are all over the place lol but he did a good job and really seemed to care about the cats

Doubtful, but I know that around here if you stop by an APL [Cleveland will have one of its own] you can buy certificates for certain procedures at a discounted price. That is, you'd pay like $60 instead of $100.

Gateway Animal Clinic in the Tremont area is low cost. No appointments, first come first serve. Don't know phone number. Very good people and good service
