I think that even if we didn't have a welfare system in place we would still have a problem with illegals. On what kind of a scale, I'm not really sure. I can also tell you that if we had no welfare system in place, people would not be abusing the system like they do now and people would not be as liable to have as many kids because they would know that the government would not be helping them to support their kids that they had. People would not be abusing the system in general.

No. you will always know when you are done. Reality will slowly slip back into the corners of the mind and take over until it become all consuming to do something else.
