Anyone remember that convection fan thing from the 80's?

Hi. You put it in your home oven to make it work like a convection oven.

It was about the size of a large dinner plate

shaped like a 2 pie tins (like a flying saucer)

made out of metal and had a fan blade that sat on the bottom tin and rotated to circulate air in the oven.

I cannot remember if you had to wind it or if it just turned from natural convection

If you remember this thing please let me know what the name was.

Thank you

I am a former chef and remember it, the name escapes me but it worked on the heat the oven gave off, like a Swedish Xmas candle/bell the heat made the inner spring spin and made the air flow evenly, never really caught on for some reason.

Like alot of things it was just ahead of it's time.
