Is an Older home a Better vaulue then a new one?

some will say yes and some say no. older homes will have better made things like the floors or windows. and doors too. the doors are solid wood where it is heavy and hard to brake. and where newer homes things are made a little cheaper. and will not last as long as the older house would. No . They have less value on the market . Upgrade is expensive . Realtors always adjust . They have to be very well crafted or land mark to be worth the up grade.
