I received an e mail and microsoft will not let me download it?

They say my soft ware is not valid. And it isnt. Why cant i down load it?

    You answered your own question in your explanation. Your software is not valid, so microsoft programmed its software so that non-legit software cannot download.

    It wont let you download it because Microsoft believes your software is PIRATED...
