No you don't need to change the radiator or water pump. I want to say the computer is in the passenger side kick panel.

Not to belittle your car or anything but the only way a 2.4 is worth spending the money on it for a chip is if you scavenged a turbo system off a wrecked svo or t-bird turbo coupe. If not, save your money and buy an LX 5.0 or GT.
