Does anyone have a recipe for Carolina style bbq sauce?

    If you have the Weber Big Book of Grilling, it has recipes for authentic "Eastern" and "Western" styles of Carolina bbq sauce.

    Eastern NC Q sauce is nothing more than vinegar, brown sugar and crushed red pepper. A standard bottle of crushed red pepper is enough for 1/2 gallon of vinegar. 1/4C brown sugar oughta do. Heat it up just to dissolve the sugar, cool and bottle it up.
