Two days ago I tried to install windows xp upgrade and now all my computer will do is reboot. help!!?

It keeps askingb me to run in last working settings, but when I try and do so it gets me right back to the boot screen. I have yet to see the thing work. I've tried to re insert the disc and reload XP, but no dice. Any advice?

    Well, if you don't get a good answer here, go to the link below and post on the tech guy forum. Every problem I have ever had, I got the answer there. Lot's of experts there.
