Sorry to hear that you have been getting some bruises!
I have used arnica in the past to help with bruises. It is available in most chemists so you should find it easily. It won't be an instant cover up though - just helps the healing process.
If this is happening a lot though, are you sure that it is just you being accident prone or are you bruising more easily than you used to? If that is the case, then that might be worth asking your doctor about.
Hope you recover quickly and take care!

Try tanning - I'm guessing but maybe the UV will speed up the break down of the bilirubin and haemoglobin etc that causes the discolouration. If not then at least the tan will reduce the visibility of the bruising .

Arnica ca cream is really good for helping bruises to clear up, I would go and get yourself checked out at your doctors aswel just to rule out something more serious than just being accident prone

Heat treatment is the answer, heat packs, hot towels ,anything with heat in it.But are you really that accident prone? If you bruise often and very easy you see a doctor.Heat brings the blood out ,which is the bruising and removes it alot quicker. You need to remember how they got there. There is help out there.

No, bruises are when you bleed on the inside (it sounds worse than it is) and then the blood gets stuck under your skin and it has to slowly get re-absorbed back into your tissue. There is no way that you can speed up the recovery of bruises. Sorry. Good luck! =)

Take a steak out of the freezer and place it over the bruise. The is an old method for treating black eyes.

Grind up some parsly, and spread it all over the bruise, and put a elastic bandage over it, it makes them fade faster, or put a ice pack on it as quick as possible, but that will have best affect after you banged your leg, or what ever part of the body you have banged. Google it that will probly have best results. :) hope i have helped.

You can take Arnica - a natural remedy - it makes the bruises come out quicker and should help them fade more quickly - I used this after getting a black eye a week before my wedding! (stupid lamppost!)

The only thing I can tell you is to try ice it will help keep the bruising from getting worse. Plus try to keep the areas above your heart to help keep the bruising from getting worse
