Why do I have to keep signing in to Yahoo Mail?

Every time I go on line I have to sign in to Yahoo Mail again with Username & Password.

Sometimes it then takes me to another screen and asks for my password again.

I have checked the box.

I have gone to MyAccount Options and set to 2 weeks.

I have cookies enabled.

My browser is not deleting cookies or history.

I am on an unshared PC at home: security is not an issue.

OK, it's not the end of the world but it is REALLY ANNOYING!

Is there a Yahoo Help site with real people?

Does anyone from Yahoo ever read this?

Do they care?

Any help gratefully received.

    ther must be something wrong mine asks for mine now and again. try the linc that says "problem with service " at the top of the page.
