Carnival Legend problems...?

On it in 2004. It's basically identical to the Spirit, Pride, and Miracle. It's a typical Farcus design and the decorating theme is urns, urns everywhere. Check out the multi-head showers in the spa. Once we found them, we never showered in the room again. One pool has a retractable cover for bad weather. IMO better than the older Fantasy-class ships. Carries fewer pax but not as nice as the newer Conquest class ships.

Note that the Costa Atlantica and Mediterranea are on an almost identical deck plan but are run by Carnival's Costa division. A very different trip...

im taking a cruise on the legend in november im to excited... but the boat looked kinda boring for a 22 year old... my cousin went on the legend and she said she had a blast at the locations but the cruis was okay.. it is basically how you make it.. she said the giant slide was really fun.. but how many times can you ride a giant slide on a 7 day cruise.. it definately doesnt have the bells and whistles of the royal carribian 7 day boat cause they have skating rings and a rock climbing wall.. but it still is pretty decent.. and she said the legend had great vegas style shows!

I have been on the ship and liked it, wasnt my favorite ship but there was nothing wrong with it. the set up seemed awkward but after sailing on the Pride last month (same floor plan) that i actually really like the set us. like the other poster, go to cruisecritic.com they have boards that can answer every question imaginable.
