Speak to her and tell her what she's doing to herself. Show her some scary anorexia videos on youtube.

First let her know that you care about her and want to help her. This is the most important thing.
Next tell her about how anorexia is negatively affecting her. Let her know that it is not the way to lose weight because her body will go into starvation mode, and she will actually have a harder time keeping the weight off if she eats just a little bit. Tell her that she should focus on eating healthier if she wants to look better, and even offer to go on a healthy eating plan together with her as friends.

You have to let her loved ones know (parents, siblings, partner, etc.) and do an intervention. Find a local center in your area that can further assist your friend.

try the "tough love" approach, but the truth is, she isn't gonna stop until something unfortunate happens or until she WANts to stop.
