There's no one-size-fits-all easy answer for that, but I'd say start by thinking about what you enjoy doing, and go from there. Do you have to go to school first, or could you start entry-level somewhere and work your way up? Do you have any management experience? Are there other physical limitations that would keep you from doing certain jobs? Is there a certain income-range (other than "as much as possible") that you need to hit?
Look for a vocational school or a "technical institute" in your area, and go talk to a counselor about what new career might suit you. They have tests you can take to help you narrow down your choices to something that will fit your skills and interests. A community college might be a good place to start, too -- even if you don't want to take classes there (because that generally takes at least two years) they might have a career counselor that could help put you on the right path.
Good luck!
