I didnt lose the full 7 lbs like i thought i would. Or at least i didnt keep all 7 lbs off. I did keep 5 lbs off though. And as for diet pills not working, i dont know how you can make a blanket statement like that. Of course you have to do something, but diet pills can spur any diet along. Just read up on it, and youll figure it out.

I wouldnt count on 15 lbs, unless you count water weight and got dehydrated. I used Orovo Detox though and lost 4 lbs in the first week, and 9 lbs in the month. It was very very worth it, even though i needed to drink like a gallon of water a day, and used the bathroom every 15 minutes it seemed.

I think they arn't too bad. You need to make sure you understand the active ingredient though and know any possible side effects. Check out http://www.alfitness.com.au/article/aID/92/Diet-Pi... which will give you a good run down on how all the different diet pills work which might help you find the right one.

    No diet pills work.

The best way to lose weight is exercise and a sensible balanced regime

Adipex is a stimulant, and not an excellent fit for anyone with anxiety disorders. I might advocate anything with hoodia in it (see below) - high-quality urge for food suppression with out the jitters.
